Adriana Cabanas, is a medical doctor whose focus lies in the mind-body relationship, she’s yoga specialist with more than 10 years of experience. Her work is dedicated to create safe space where each person can discover what nourishes their mind, body and spirit through movement. She’s a passionate student of body awareness, fascia, neuroscience and trauma.
